CREATED FROM SCRATCH
Rum has had a long and varied past, way before its first 17th century distillation in the Caribbean. Unlike other alcoholic drinks, it's intention was purely to give pleasure to the drinker. The Two Lasses have ensured that at every stage from recipe creation, fermenting, distilling to bottling that this pleasure is maximised.
The Two Lasses place great importance on the fact that the distilling process begins from scratch, here in England.
In other words, they use 100% molasses to create their own spirit rather than importing liquid from the Caribbean or elsewhere.
A super-premium triple distillation process is then applied using traditional copper stills where out of the 200 litres of liquid that start the process only 25 litres make it to become their satisfyingly warm and full flavoured rum.
The Two Lasses; Lindsey & Rebecca, want to share their unique drinks with other rum lovers but also bring an already versatile and alluring drink to a wider audience.
