Crafted from scratch in England using sugarcane molasses and sugarcane honey, this is our boldest bottling yet. It's double distilled and aged in hybrid oak casks: French oak tops for structure, American oak bodies for richness.

Our casks undergo the STR process – shaved, toasted, and re-charred – which intensifies the interaction between spirit and wood, unlocking bold flavour in a shorter time.

The result?
A harmonious blend with layers of rich molasses, delicate fruit, vanilla and oak. Aged to bring out the best of both distillates, this spirit promises a unique journey of flavour in every sip.

Nose
A rich and layered bouquet. Initial aromas of vanilla, toasted coconut, and caramel emerge, courtesy of the American oak. These are followed by elegant baking spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of clove—brought in by the French oak influence. Delicate floral notes and a hint of honeyed sweetness from the sugar cane distillate add depth and refinement.

Palate
Velvety and well-structured. The first sip reveals waves of toffee, vanilla bean, and crème brûlée, balanced by a gentle oak spice. Mid-palate, the floral and honeyed notes shine through, bringing a soft, natural sweetness. Hints of dried fruit—apricot and fig—mingle with a touch of cocoa and almond. The influence of the STR casks intensifies the wood integration, delivering a rounded mouthfeel with subtle smoky undertones.

Finish
Long and warming, with lingering vanilla, oak spice, and a touch of dark chocolate. A final whisper of honeyed florals and toasted coconut leaves a lasting impression.
Process
Crafted with Precision, Aged to Perfection
This exquisite blend brings together two distinct distillates, each aged to perfection in innovative casks designed to impart a rich and complex flavour profile.

85% of the blend is a molasses column distillate, matured in unique American and French oak casks. These specially crafted barrels feature American oak bodies and French oak tops, offering the best of both worlds—warm vanilla, caramel, and coconut notes from American oak, complemented by the subtle spice and elegance of French oak.

15% is a double retort distillate made from sugar cane honey (evaporated sugar cane juice). Aged in the same hybrid casks, this component adds delicate floral notes and a hint of natural sweetness.

Our casks undergo the STR process (Shaved, Toasted, and Re-charred), which amplifies the interaction between the spirit and the wood, delivering bold and balanced flavours in a shorter maturation time.
