Indulge in the spirit of Yorkshire Parkin with this delightful liqueur! The nose bursts with sweet, fresh ginger and rich treacle. On the palate, enjoy a luscious blend of silky vanilla and caramel, capturing the cake’s rich, hearty character. The finish brings a playful mix of deep raisins and warm ginger, reminiscent of festive Christmas cake.
Process
Our Yorkshire Spiced Rum Liqueur is made in the same way our Yorkshire Spiced Rum is, with the key difference being the addition of more sweetness and a reduction in alcohol content. The process begins with raw sugar cane molasses, which is fermented over 4 to 7 days with our unique yeast strains to create a rich base of flavours. Distilled using both traditional double retort pot stills and an 8-plate column still, we blend four distinct distillates to craft a bold, well-rounded spirit.

Flash-aged for 24 hours with a mix of heavily charred French and American oak chips, this process imparts toasted pecan, winter spice, vanilla, and coconut notes. Blended with ginger and our secret Yorkshire Parkin recipe, this rum embodies the spiced warmth and rich sweetness that pay homage to this beloved northern treat.

  • 50ml Two Lasses Yorkshire Spiced Liqueur
  • 25ml Vodka
  • 25ml Fresh espresso
  • 10ml Sugar syrup (optional)

Method
Shake all ingredients hard over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with coffee beans.
