Process
Our Yorkshire Spiced Rum Liqueur is made in the same way our Yorkshire Spiced Rum is, with the key difference being the addition of more sweetness and a reduction in alcohol content. The process begins with raw sugar cane molasses, which is fermented over 4 to 7 days with our unique yeast strains to create a rich base of flavours. Distilled using both traditional double retort pot stills and an 8-plate column still, we blend four distinct distillates to craft a bold, well-rounded spirit.

Flash-aged for 24 hours with a mix of heavily charred French and American oak chips, this process imparts toasted pecan, winter spice, vanilla, and coconut notes. Blended with ginger and our secret Yorkshire Parkin recipe, this rum embodies the spiced warmth and rich sweetness that pay homage to this beloved northern treat.

Rich, Warming, Short

  • 25ml Two Lasses Spiced Rum Liqueur
  • 50ml vodka
  • 50ml espresso
  • 15ml simple syrup

Light and zesty low abv cocktail. Very easy drinking & you can feel good about having more than one. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (a washed jam jar will work perfectly well). Add the ice & tap the top of the shaker on (screw on jam jar lid). Shake very hard for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled glass.
