Process
Our Yorkshire Spiced Rum starts with raw sugar cane molasses, fermented over 4 to 7 days with our unique yeast strains to create a rich base of flavours. Distilled using both traditional double retort pot stills and an 8-plate column still, we blend four distinct distillates to craft a bold, well-rounded spirit.

Flash-aged for 24 hours with a mix of heavily charred French and American oak chips, this process imparts toasted pecan, winter spice, vanilla, and coconut notes. Blended with ginger and our secret Yorkshire Parkin recipe, this rum embodies the spiced warmth and rich sweetness that pay homage to this beloved treat.
The result is a smooth, layered rum with warming flavours - perfect for sipping or mixing.
