Process
Our original Yorkshire Spiced Rum starts with raw sugar cane molasses, fermented over 4 to 7 days with our unique yeast strains to create a rich base of flavours. Triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, flash-aged for 24 hours with oak chips and finally blended with ginger, vanilla and Yorkshire honey. This rum embodies the spiced warmth and rich sweetness that pay homage to Yorkshire Parkin.

The result is a smooth, layered rum with warming flavours - perfect for sipping or mixing.

The Perfect Serve

Fresh, Zesty, Long

  • 50ml Two Lasses Spiced Rum
  • 150ml GINGER ALE
  • ORANGE TWIST TO GARNISH

The perfect serve. Fill your glass with ice & add all the ingredients. Give it a quick stir and twist the orange garnish.

Yorkshire Spiced With Pineapple

Tropical, Balanced, Long

  • 50ml Two Lasses Spiced Rum
  • 50ml Roasted Pineapple Soda
  • Pineapple leaf to garnish

Fill your glass with ice & add all the ingredients. Give it a quick stir and place the pineapple garnish.

Spiced Old Fashioned

Warming, Balanced, Short

  • 50ml Two Lasses Spiced Rum
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 dash - Angostura Bitters
  • 1 dash - Orange Bitters
  • ORANGE TWIST

Fill glass with ice, pour over ingredients & give a quick stir. Garnish with a twist of orange.

The Two Lasses Remedy

Rich, Luxurious, Short

  • 50ml Two Lasses Spiced Rum
  • 15ml LEMON JUICE
  • 25ml HONEY SYRUP
  • 1 sprig Rosemary

Fill glass with ice, pour over ingredients & give a quick stir. Garnish with a rosemary sprig (set fire to the end of the sprig to add a smoke element).

Northern Apertiki

Sweet, Tropical, Long

  • 35ml Two Lasses Spiced Rum
  • 15ml APEROL
  • 50ml grapefruit juice
  • 12.5ml simple syrup
  • 10ml banana liqueur
  • Pineapple Leaf to garnish
  • Soda water to top

A low ABV Aperitvo & Tiki combined to perfection. Fill your glass with ice & add all the ingredients. Give it a quick stir and place the pineapple leaf garnish.

Yorkshire Daquiri

Fruity, Spiced, Short

  • 50ml Two Lasses Spiced Rum
  • 25ml GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
  • 25ml SIMPLE SYRUP


A beautifully simple yet complex cocktail. Easily made with bold bold delicious flavours. Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker (a washed jam jar will work perfectly well). Add the ice & tap the top of the shaker on (screw on jam jar lid). Shake for 10 seconds and strain into a chilled glass.
