Our original Yorkshire Spiced Rum starts with raw sugar cane molasses, fermented over 4 to 7 days with our unique yeast strains to create a rich base of flavours. Triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, flash-aged for 24 hours with oak chips and finally blended with ginger, vanilla and Yorkshire honey.
