This exotic blend of Two Lasses premium rum, with vanilla, coconut and charred pineapple creates the perfect summer vibe. Creamy vanilla on the nose with a lick of sweet coconut, transition to rich raisins and fruitcake, coming to rest with refreshing and succulent pineapple; Lovely to sip with ice or as a base to your own exotic Pina Colada.
Process
Our Exotic Pineapple & Coconut Rum starts with raw sugar cane molasses, fermented over 4 to 7 days with our unique yeast strains to create a rich base of flavours. Triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills, flash-aged for 24 hours with oak chips and finally blended with premium natural pineapple and coconut flavourings, creating an indulgent, sun-kissed flavour profile reminiscent of a tropical paradise.

The result is a smooth, vibrant rum with layers of tropical sweetness and a crisp, refreshing finish—perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or mixing into a variety of cocktails.

  • 50ml Two Lasses Exotic Pineapple & Coconut Rum
  • 50ml Fresh pineapple juice
  • 15ml Fresh lime juice
  • Top with chilled Prosecco

Method
Build in a large wine glass over ice. Stir gently and garnish with a wedge of pineapple or a lime wheel.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Exotic Pineapple & Coconut Rum
  • 75ml Fresh pineapple juice
  • 25ml Coconut cream
  • 10ml Fresh lime juice

Method
Shake with ice until smooth and creamy. Strain into a chilled hurricane or
highball glass over crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cherry.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Two Lasses Pineapple & Coconut Rum
  • 100ml Pineapple juice
  • 50ml Orange juice
  • 25ml Aperol
  • 20ml Freshly squeezed lime juice

Method
Shake all ingredients with ice in a Boston shaker and double strain into your favourite glass over ice.
