Distilled through a blend of traditional double retort pot stills and an 8-plate column still, we artfully combine four distinct distillates to craft a spirit that is bold, vibrant, and multi-layered.
Flash-aged for 24 hours with a carefully selected mix of heavily charred French and American oak chips, this unique process imparts deep notes of caramelised banana, vanilla, tropical fruit, and coconut. We elevate this rich profile with a premium natural banana flavouring, which enhances the rum’s lush, fruity character, bringing out the flavour of ripe, sun-warmed bananas without overpowering the spirit's complexity.
